SideEffect studios offer the latest industry standard 'post' hardware and software.
The studios comprise 5 distinct facilities incorporating Offline, Online/HD, SGI/Discreet, Sound and a purpose
built training suite. (click on 'Facilities' for more technical details).
The aim of SideEffect is to provide first class facilities for all production and post-production needs
at very competitive rates. The studios contain the latest Apple, SGI and Discreet technology covering
every element of post-production from multi-format input and colour correction facilities to high-end editing.
Training in the latest Apple technologies can also be accommodated either in small groups or on a 'one to one'
basis by the studios' own in-house Apple certified trainer. SideEffect is one of only a handful of 'post
houses' outside London to be fully Apple accredited.
The studios are housed in purpose built accommodation at the Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre which is
located within a 5 minutes drive from both the M1 (junction 37) and Barnsley Town Centre. There is ample free
car parking on site together with catering facilities. |
